Not at this time. Each box is thoughtfully curated and rotates monthly. This keeps things fresh and reduces decision fatigue for you- no more wondering what your child might like or be interested in!
Is everything cleaned between uses?
Absolutely. Every item is cleaned and sanitized using baby-safe products and manufacturer-approved methods. We use professional-grade steamers and disinfectants to make sure each item is safe, clean, and ready for play.
What if my child damages or loses a toy?
We know play is messy. Light wear and tear is totally expected. If something is significantly damaged or missing, we’ll reach out to you directly to discuss a fair solution. For extra peace of mind, you can add optional SproutSure™ protection at checkout.
Can I rent a box just once instead of subscribing?
Yes! Sprout Boxes are available as single-month rentals, no subscription required. Perfect for visitors, grandparents, or anyone wanting to try before committing.
Where do you deliver?
Right now, Sprout Box is available exclusively in Nanaimo, BC. We deliver and pick up right from your doorstep- no trips or errands required.
When are boxes delivered?
Deliveries go out on the second Friday of each month. We’ll send you a reminder so you know when to expect your new box and when to have your current one ready for pickup.
Do you offer sibling boxes?
Not yet. Each Sprout Box is designed for one child at a time based on their specific developmental stage. We hope to expand options for siblings in the future!
